I know this seems obvious, but 99% of the time, a player has set up 2FA on the wrong account. Check out your username in the game itself, and compare this with your username on our Account Management website.
If they do not match, then there may be 2 accounts in play here.

Hello! In my experience, Ranked will always work as long as you have 2SV enabled. It is likely that you are accidentally enabling 2SV on the wrong Ubisoft account.
I recommend making sure you are enabling 2SV on the right account. You can compare the username shown on the Ubisoft Account Management website, with the username in Ubisoft Connect.
