Hows the performance like on gt 1030?

I mean it's playable, but you're gonna have to have min settings as well as reduce render scaling by a bit.

If you're just considering buying a 1030, I would not recommend it; instead get like a 1060 used off of eBay or something. Seriously, way better performance for about the same price.

My pc cannot fit any other gpu in it, its a dell optiplex 3020 sff and there's just enough space to fit a 1030 inside. As long as I get 60fps I don't mind playing on low settings.

Even if I did move it out of the case the pci slot has a limit of 30-35w.

You will get to the main menu. Once ingame you will enjoy a brisk 12 FPS.

Get yourself a "Low Profile" GPU. I would imagine that you would be able to find one.
