Increase in recoil macro users

Is anyone else noticing this past month or maybe more that there has been more people using recoil macros? Like I started noticing it maybe day 2 of this season that there are more and more people with literally zero recoil on their guns. I haven't seen any aimbotting or wallhacks yet, just an increase in macro users, and I wanted to know if anyone else is noticing this.

Almost every player on both teams is using it in emerald. Up from maybe 50% before the crossplay update. The console players, at least in the higher elo, all use the recoil cheats.

Feels like most Diamond and Champion lobbies are just macro central. At this point, they might as well turn the DMR into an assault rifle or give the FAMAS an ACOG with pinpoint accuracy at long range. These guys don’t even burst fire—I try to control recoil, and they’re out here emptying entire mags with laser precision.
Honestly, I have no idea how you’re supposed to counter this. Maybe I should just spray and pray.

There is no counter. No recoil breaks the game completely. It's a gigantic advantage. Every gun turns into an infinite range sniper rifle. They purposely lie and downplay how big of an advantage it is.

They know exactly what they're doing. They all only use the guns that are balanced around recoil.

How would you even ban them? If you do, you'd end up banning almost 90% of the player base since most gaming mice have macro functionality. Players just use Logitech, Razer, or other software to control recoil or run scripts, so there’s really no way to fully stop it.
