No matter I play on high or low graphics settings, it's always 30-40 fps on the second round and for the rest of the game. Although when selecting an operative and in the lobby everything comes back to normal
So, I did what any sane person would do: I went full digital bouncer on my background apps. Think of it like, 'Alright, Overwolf, you're not on the VIP list tonight. Razer Synapse? Nah, you're good. Samsung Magician? Your tricks ain't welcome here.'
Basically, I told all the digital freeloaders to scram. It was like, "Yo, background apps, you're cramping my style, go touch grass!"
And guess what? Boom! My FPS went from 'grandma knitting a sweater' to 'Usain Bolt sprinting a marathon.' It was glorious. Suddenly, I could actually see what was happening, instead of just guessing.
Now my game is smooth as butter, and the graphics? Chef's kiss! It's like my PC finally remembered it could do more than just run a spreadsheet.
So, if your game's being a total drag, just yeet those background apps outta there. Trust me, your PC will thank you.
, obviously this problem has arisen with the new season, but thanks for the advice.
upd. as far as I understand, there is no such possibility now.
