Voice Abuse After Not Even Talking?

I got a voice abuse warning, so i took it easy and just muted my mic, then I got a final abuse warning. I didn't even speak. Is this just something they throw at you or what?

because of their "Beta" reputation system, you can get banned for simply holding voice chat button for just 0.1 second, or if u type a single letter in the chat u can get banned for that too, simply because someone reported you

What can I do to stop receiving notifications?

if I close the microphone and do not write anything in the chat field. does that help at all?

kinda same but not warning i just see that my voice abuse bar is slightly higher then the gray even though i am muted and didnt talk once or even press the button

I got my reputation lowered. This reputation system of theirs needs to be changed. I came in first place and aced the round and won the game in a clutch and then in the menu i get notified about disruptive behaviour. I didn't do anything morally wrong. No TK's, no griefing, playing with my mates, no chat.

i got two voice abuse notifications so far and i have my voice chat disabled and my microphone isn't even turned on (it needs to be lowered from the top of mym headset for it to work).
ubisoft being incompetent idiots as usual.

People report when they're salty because there is no penalty for being wrong. Got reported for toxic chat when the most I say is 'gg' and 'nice try'/'well played'. Maybe I played badly or they were upset I killed them. Who knows. Better to do the bare minimum and not worry about what other people do. Mute mic and play a few games. Should reset your misconduct.

you can get voice abuse warnings aswell without ever using the microphone , genuinely broken , I dont have a external microphone yet I still get disruptive for it
