R6 Marketplace Missing R6 Credits on Purchase Order

Help me and the others to get Ubisoft work about this! Upvote this case!

-Go to R6 Marketplace website > BUY tab and find SMG-11 Glacier Skin
-Try to set purchase order to 3150 R6 Credits (While I'm doing this, I had 3151 R6 Credits on my account, so after setting the order I need to have 1)
-It failed on setting purchase order to SMG-11 Glacier skin after confirming it, "Not enough credits" didn't take my R6 Credits to set a purchase order
-Then I went to My Transaction tab to cancel previously purchase order that I set for 556XI Glacier skin for 290 R6 Credits
-After canceling the 556XI Glacier skin purchase order, I had 291 R6 credits instead of 3441 R6 credits

*Failed SMG-11 Glacier Skin purchase order didn't show up in the My Transactions > History Tab.
*If I ever set a purchase order, I can't cancel it to get back my 3150 R6 Credits because I can't see it on the Transaction History tab
*I didn't receive the SMG-11 Glacier Skin either so WHERE ARE MY R6 CREDITS?

-I think there was a connection issue while I'm confirming the SMG-11 Glacier skin purchase order to 3150 credits. Maybe it's because while I'm confirming it I had 3151 credits...

I must receive my 3150 R6 Credits that I lost while confirming a purchase order for SMG-11 Glacier skin and I should have 3441 R6 Credits right now

I did. They said
"We are looking forward to fixing this issue, but we don't know when. Stay tuned! Thanks for feedback!"
So they did nothing, at least for now...
