Thorn And Mozzie didn't actually get their 2.5X scopes
Just curious, as with the patch notes of the new season they are listed as getting them
but when in game, they do not have access to the scopes.

did they announce anywhere that they changed their minds? bug?

I got the same, I think they forgot those two. On insta they already set they gonna fix some problems and i hope this problem to.
