literally unplayaqble "latency and jitter"

every game im getting latency and jitter spikes especially around enemies and objects. drones are always hit rejected as well. When will ubisoft fix this? I see people complaininabout it over 2 years ago. Can i please have my money back if you are too cheap to get decent serverse or good netcode?
Can I get my elo back from losing rounds because of 500 ping spikes?
what is the solution to this other than firing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ coders?

Open task manager -> go to details -> right click the R6 exe file -> set affinity -> uncheck all CPU's except the last -> OK -> recheck all CPU's -> OK

This works for me whenever I run into the same issue, and you can keep your game running when you do it so you won't need to restart. It's only a temporary fix that lasts a couple of games, but it's better than restarting or getting a ban.
