the ordinal 413 could not be located in the dynamic link library comctl32.dll
wtf is that, i cant launch the game

Uhm comctl32.dll is from the Vcredist C++,i think if you do a reinstall of both 32bit and 64bit latest ones should fix your issue after that use sfc /scannow in safe mode please just in case.
I would like to also know what scrip are you using to optimize windows cuz i saw some doing more harm than good :)

If you go into The Settings of The game (on The steam client) and you Can Press on manage files and then theres an option (i have it in danish so i dont know what its called) but it’ll check The files and install any theres missing

I already tried the files, nothing downloaded and did not help, but thanks anyway for the advice

someone has already fixed this error? because I have the same problem and I don't know how to fix it

1. Reinstall latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (both 32bit and 64bit)
2. Go to control panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features On or Off > Legacy Components > DirectPlay ->enable it.
3. Check if
.NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)
and
.NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services
are enabled -> go to control panel > Programs > Turn Windows Features On or Off
4. Restart your device and relaunch your game
5. If still does not work run sfc /scannow
