Lol at IP bans though, that is funny.
Casual turned now to attackers rushing in as ash and as a whole team.
Turned to fps rather then strategy game.
Its not fun anymore. Hell theres even sweats in 8 am, thats when i play with my overseas bud. We just wanna have fun ffs
And don't forget the trolls to increase your bad reputation.
I can agree with your sentiment. Tho the game is 10 years old most successful strategies has been explored and found. Game encourage you to win so those who are extra thirsty will work with what brings most success, and with a steady aim and quick reflexes, map knowledge and such, it seems like games turn more run and gun the longer it survives. The skill ceiling and skill floor has also been raised and many younger folks who basically were born with a keyboard and mouse in their hands are typically very proficient with their aim and their reaction time.
Nothing can remain forever and what brings most engagement is what gets focused. Consider that we all have develop a sort of brain rot where things needs to be fast and instant, Its no wonder why many play the game like that.
I have also never fully got the specific definition of sweat as its being used all over the place. If a team is significantly higher up towards the skill-ceiling, the more sweat people perceived them to be, even when they mostly goof off in the game. One mans vibe can be another mans sweat.
It can for sure be frustrating as the more casual crowd but it's probably the nature of a 10 year old game.
I have reflexes of a turtle at my age and this game used to be chill where i can put big walls around me and camp in my little corner.
Now i cant even set up my stuff because they all rush in and get me.
No joke, was setting up the laser doors and only put like 1/3 before dying
"this game ive played since launch" sounds like an ai chatbot having a stroke.
