RANKED 2.0 MATCHMAKING IS A JOKE
I AM PLAT IV SOLO QUEUE. MY TEAMMATES HALF OF THE TIME ARE SILVERS AND GOLDS , SOME OF THEM REALLY LOW LEVEL. THEY PROPABLY SHOULDNT EVEN BE IN GOLD OR SILVER. THEN SOMETIMES THEY ARE CONSOLE PLAYERS. ITS A JOKE. SOLO QUEUE PLAYERS ARE BEING PUNISHED. BRING BACK RANKED 1.0.

Matchmaking in general has been a joke. It was bad before but is worse now. Like literally low rank players are being forced into high rank lobbies is a joke. It's not just the ranked mode either.

I agree. I am a silver solo queue player, and I am getting into matches with diamonds. Not just one match, every match how is that fair matchmaking?

Yep, the woke idiots for this company want to include everyone, making it so mouth-breathing console ret**s are in our ranked games.
I start to believe that there is actually no mmr matchmaking system. The system will put anyone into the match as long as anyone press the queue in button. So you can go against a top 1% player as someone who just bought the game because you queue in.

You didn't buy enough skins.
as a new player i had to get r6.tracker to remind myself that im not bad and just playing against emeralds+ with 2k hours. I had a long streak of 4-5 games where lowest enemy was diamond and i had under 100 hours at the time. I have seen over 20 champs and i only have 200 matches. This game is so stressful trying to learn a map playing against champs with 4k hours.
As someone who has played since ranked 1.0, I agree and I feel this change could use some tweaking. There has to be a better system then putting lvl 50's and lvl 300's in the same game. I mean the game has already determined who is going to do well and who isnt, whenever I play against a team of mostly experienced players and most of my team is new, I already know that I will lose that game or go insane trying to win.

I also try to keep in mind that we all have to start playing the game from somewhere, and not everyone is going to be a pro immediately. But I should not be playing with people that are new to the game if I have over 1000 hours between console and pc.

This is my biggest complaint against SBMM. It doesn't try to give you fair matches. It never has and it never will. It just tries to knock you down to a 1:1 win/loss ratio by any means necessary including giving you a team stacked with newbs vs some MLG Pro team.

It'll be YOU, Jar Jar Blinks, Michael Scott, Ralph Wiggum, and Patrick from Spongebob vs John Wick, James Bond, Darth Vader, Superman, and Thanos with the infinity gauntlet

"Good luck bro lol"

What's wrong with server browsers? And team balance from back in the day? Lemme guess, players can't see other players with new skins so it had to go?
its worrying that ubi hasnt mentioned ranked in seige x. seems like itll never be fixed
We PC players really need an option to disable crossplay. I don’t want to be matched with console players in competitive games-it’s unfair for both sides.
When you run into a full PC squad while your team has 3-4 console players, it basically turns into a 3v5 or even 2v5 right from the start. Not exactly a fair fight.

because rank isnt tied to skill any more......... I do wish ubisoft would explain this better.

Ranked 2.0 seperated the old MMR system into 2 values (shown MMR = VISIBLE RANK) and (hidden MMR = skill rank)

I'm serious when I say anyone can be champ because of how rank points work, if your silver seeing champs then it simply means those champs aint that far off your hidden MMR rank.

The only outlier to that is 5 stacking with abusing squad MMR values (hence the intro of the 6th player system) but it means nothing when you see someone who is silver facing a champ, what matters is how close they are in "skill rank" which isnt visible to us or any API hooking like R6Tracker
