Request for Assistance with Ubisoft Connect Login Issue
I’ve been facing an ongoing issue with accessing my Ubisoft account on Ubisoft Connect for months now, and I’m at a loss for what to do next. Every time I try to log in, I encounter a “purchase code” error.

I’ve already contacted support multiple times, provided screenshots, detailed explanations, and shared all potentially relevant account information (including emails and accounts that could help resolve the issue). Unfortunately, the problem persists.

Steam support hasn’t been able to assist either, and Ubisoft support keeps redirecting me back to the support page without any thorough investigation into the issue. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’ve invested over 2,000 hours into Rainbow Six Siege, which is clearly reflected on my Steam account.

Could you please help me resolve this so I can log in again? I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to work.

Looks like you're account got hacked by someone and they change the account's email, my friend is in the same situation and it's been almost 2 years we've sent ubi every information we got and evidence about he got hacked and that is his account but they still reply the same thing keep sending same crap and submitted same form they send him for 20+ times still they're not doing anything just re-send the 1st email and the same form after he replies

What should I do now? I purchased the game through Steam, and I have all the necessary documentation. It’s incredibly frustrating that neither Steam nor Ubisoft can resolve such a simple issue. Since I still have the game in my Steam library, Ubisoft should easily be able to verify my ownership. Why isn’t Ubisoft providing a proper response?

same result, they're not gonna do anything, unless you have like 100+ people straight to their headquarters and molotov the whole building which no one will do that and even that i still don't think they're gonna do anything
