Due to the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ chat censoring, I got to 25 negative units and I'm stuck in normal standing for 90 days or 100 matches.
What is that? How can they implement such a trash AI and not have a system in place to incentive players to behave better?

I have 130 positive units (you need 100 for exemplary) and they are worthless.
It's a flawed system that punishes you for even the most soft banter with a 3 month penalty.

There seem to be a LOT more ways to rank down and very little to rank up. It's ubisoft is TRYING to punish us intentionally. I've since turned off both VC and chat. It also doesn't help that Random player team mates who are really NPC's in disguise run in front of you then give you reverse friendly fire, making your reputation go down even more because they never even bother to look and vote at the question of intentional friendly fire. At this point FF just needs to be turned off. Highly recommended you stay away from chat for now, just turn it off.

you have to play 100 matches to reset the game that happend 100 matches ago its weird becouse if you shoot someone accidentaly you get minus points and if you shoot enemy gadet you get minus points even your own gadet and if you type nice shot in chat 3 times you just get plus points for something that doesnt really bring anything meaningfull to the gameplay you dont get points for helping your team you get them for being nice in chat to the enemy team in mature rating game about shooting others

Yeah man, it's insanely ass backwards.
And it's obvious why they implemented it: money. They want to market it to kids too and so they made it more family friendly.
Good thing that Ubisoft made so many bad financial decisions they are finally getting bought by another company
