We are returning back to the single player era of gaming I think.

Coming back after some time away on console and I'm enjoying it.
As much as I'd love for things to be different than they are now, I still play.

full of cheaters, recoil macros and now in a competitive team game, zero balancing with console players, if you play Siege alone without a squad, you will be automatically put with 4 console players vs 5 PC players and get obliterated every game. The odd balanced team game you used to get, what made Siege shine, with a balance of skill, no cheaters and those exciting clutches no longer exist. The Clutches now are console players staring at the floor or ceiling, while a PC player comes along and annihilates them..

On top of that because console players only use a joy-pad, they tend to have their mic set on open, so there will be blasting of music, shouting down the microphone ect. You used to get the odd annoying voice chat person with PC only. now its every game. Playing Whack a Mole with the mute buttons and the worst part about it ? you cant turn cross play off.

hi, i check out the game in bursts from time to time and on the tech side of things, it keeps getting worse and worse. the technical debt is probably at a decade now. the game is gonna implode with the next operator added. performance issues, countless bugs and glitches,not even their shops are working properly...that should already say it all. just read through the forums. the community is also getting worse. its either dead silence or full on toxicity (can only imagine how bad it must be in ranked). oh, teamkilling and cheaters r also an issue.
atm, u cant even turn off crossplay, animation(s) r broken, audio is affected, ingame shop isnt loading, constant stuttering... . how many of the top 100 pc games hve u played?) better play those. way better fun to time ratio ^^ good luck out there
