Sorry to hear that the Ace Badge did not unlock for you.
As you mentioned, that game team are aware of it and they are investigating the reason behind it.
I would advise you to get some screenshots proving the issue with the badge and attach them to a support case. Your account ID can be then added to our internal investigation ticket and help the game team fix it sooner.
