Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege

PC Comletely Crashes
Hello, I have already posted this in the player support channel, and am just re-posting it here since this issue is really starting to annoy me.

I'll just get straight to the point, each time I get into a match, after either 1 or 2 rounds, my PC will completely restart, kicking me from the game. This has happened multiple times and continues to happen. I have tried restarting and doing many other things (all that are recommended) but am unable to fix the problem.

For more details: Once I'm in game, everything runs perfectly fine, then, as stated, after about 1 or 2 rounds, I will be in the middle of something, such as simply walking down a hallway or in a gun fight or setting up a gadget/defence, when my screen turns black and my PC restarts completely. Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It did not fix it.

I am really struggling and am unable to find a solution, please help.

Enjoy your day,
Kind regards,

Bart_Robson.

game just freezes in lobby for me
Hello again.

I believe it has something to do with the new update, as my PC ran just fine before it, and now its not. Though I have found that it may have something to do with the heat, I believe it is mostly because of the update using too many resources than the update before it (such as something requiring more than it did before).

In short, its something to do with the newest update and heat.

The solution I found for the problem was to:

1. Find a way to keep your PC cooler.

2 (What I think fixed it). To verify the files by going to siege in your library, setting > properties > installed files > verify integrity of game files.

I hope this helps and I hope that someone can find a permanent fix for this issue.

Hey guys,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering crashes since the update.

As you think it may be related to temperatures I would firstly advise to keep an eye on those temperatures as this will help to identify this.

To rule out some common causes I have some tips I would advise trying below:

- Ensure your PC meets all system requirements [www.ubisoft.com] for the game
- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
- Add Ubisoft Connect and the game to your anti-virus/firewall whitelist
- Complete the steps in our dedicated troubleshooting guide [ubi.li]

Any trouble, just let us know

I have tried to add ubisoft connect and r6 to my anti-virus whitelist and it still didn't do anything and my PC is running at a normal temp of 60 Celsius i have also tried every type of troubleshooting but it seems not to work should i just wait for the next season to come out to see if it gets fixed then?
I've been having the same issue where sometimes the game doesn't even open before my computer restarts. I'll try to play the game and it ends up giving my computer the BSOD. I noticed the code said BEDaist.sys so i believe it has something to do with their battleeye but I haven't been able to find a solution to be able to play.

I keep getting the BSOD when either trying to launch or when trying to load into game, again with the same error "BEDaisy.sys"
