Cross Save Only Transferred Half of My Operators
I have recently tried to get back into playing this game again, but I have changed platforms and am now on PC, meaning I need to use cross save. I had played a decent amount on my Xbox a while ago, so I assumed my data and purchases would be transferred correctly. After linking my accounts, some of my operators were unlocked, as I had purchased them in the past; however, some of them were not provided to me, and some of my stats/xp/renown was not correct. I had every operator up to Kali, but currently I only have about half of those. I write this in hopes that someone may be able to resolve this issue. I have tried to do everything that I could to properly require these characters and DLCs that I have purchased to no avail. As an example, because I had all of these operators, I played enough of all the operators labeled as "Pathfinder" operators to acquire the achievement "Full Roster". This entails playing ten rounds with each pathfinder operator. On my account, though, I do not have any of the pathfinder operators unlocked. I have two Ubisoft accounts, one being an old one I used on my Xbox, and one being a new one I made a while ago for Steam. I own the game on both Steam and Xbox; however, if I attempt to log into the game while logged into the original Xbox Ubisoft account, the app does not recognize ownership of the game and won't let me play. Thus, I had to unlink my Xbox account from that Ubisoft account and link it to the Steam account. I believed that, since I had all my data through playing it on Xbox, then it wouldn't matter what account I open the game through as long as I link them and play the game through it. Now, only part of my data has been linked, and I ask for anybody with any clue on how to fix this or if this has happened to anyone else to help.

Note: Contacting support is NOT possible. If you try to log in to the website through a browser on the help page, the page goes blank and white, and it will remain like that indefinitely. Furthermore, if you try to log in more than two whole times, you get banned from logging in entirely for an hour at least. Genius web design. I am forced to resort to this forum where I am at least able to log into my account.

Have you tried to clear cache/cookies from your browser and check if there is an update available? It could also be caused by browser extensions so try to disable them. Also in settings uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available". If problem remains try to use incognito mode. If still does not work try to use a diff browser. Alternatively, you can contact ubi support via twitter.
