Getting disconnected in middle of match and wont let me reconnect back in

This is so ANNOYING , I keep reconnecting and it says Server Error failed what the ♥♥♥♥? And Ubisoft punished me for abandoning the game that is beyond my control? bro... stupid dev

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear that you have been getting disconnected in matches and have been unable to reconnect resulting in abandonments.

To troubleshoot this I would first recommend to complete the steps in our network troubleshooting guide [ubi.li] to ensure your network is configured.

Should you have any trouble, would it be possible to also try an alternative network such as mobile hotspot and let us know if you continue to have trouble for troubleshooting purposes?
