game is in a completely broken state for me

Recently I tried to launch Siege and it took 30 minuets to launch to the menu only to restart with the anti cheat update and then proceeded to take another 20 minuets to launch once the game is loaded switching between tabs takes forever, the game cannot launch a match without getting stuck in an infinite load and or crashing.

I have tried validating the files , Re-installing the game twice and I am at a loss of what to do has anyone encountered an issue like this and knows a fix? I want it to work before the Y10 S1 Update

- Try to have both the game and Ubisoft Connect and Steam on the same drive
