Lag and server issues

I'm supposed to be in US-East 2 at 33 ping but it keeps putting me in normal US East matches at 100 ping. I have friends from the same city that have US Central as their server with 20-30 ping but mine is over 100. This has been happening for two seasons now and idk what to do to fix it. My WiFi is fine and I don't lag on other games. I'm about to just uninstall because its frustration trying to play in champ lobbies with over 100 ping.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the ping being too high.

For a testing purpose - could you try connecting to the game by using an alternative network such as a mobile hotspot, just to see if there will be any difference?

So I don't have another way to connect currently. But I tested my ping to all the servers on siege. US East I'm getting 30-35, US Central I'm getting 40-50 ping.
Just did a clean boot on windows and now im getting 40-50 ping on central and 27-35 ping east. The guide worked thank you
