Flickering graphics
Turn off Hardware-accelerated thread scheduling in the windows gaming and advanced graphics settings, then restart your computer. Should fix it or at least most of it. Seems having this on with the combination of certain recent Nvidia drivers breaks the game. Let me know if it works. Hope this helps.

It really worked for me. I had this issue for about 3months now with my 4090.
