Muting players is not an option anymore

Recently, I encountered an inadequate teammate in the game and was surprised to find that the mute voice chat button was gray and inactive. What's it? A bug or some new Ubisoft policy?

From what I know, you can't mute a player until they actually start using their mic. I've had the option for me grayed out till they started using their mics. If that isn't the case for you, then it must have bugged out.

Also, speaking of muting players, I'm not sure if it's a bug in the current event, but are we supposed to hear the other team's mic?
