What are all the ranked ranks?

I'm guessing it's bronze, silver, gold, but is there anything after that?

so how exactly do the ranks work? i see many people with lower level, lower k/d ratio in ranked matches, lower w/l ratio in ranked, but are silver but im still bronze... someone with level 38 for example and 0.5 K/D ratio and winning rate of 0.7 it was i think, was silver 3 and me with level 64, 1.0 K/D ratio and W/L ratio of 0.9 are doomed on my bronze 2 forever it seems? can anyone explain me that? I mean i don't give much about ranks, but i just don't understand... seems not just one, but like 30+ with lower stats than me but higher ranks.

I've seen Diamonds with a 1.2 w/l and a 1.0 k/d im currently at 2.1 w/l and 1.9k/d at Plat 2

Rank represents ur skills. Better you are ingame better rank you have. I.e. there might be a guy lvl 30 gold 4 or another guy lvl120 but still bronze 2 cuz he is not as good as another guy

I played my 5th match and got given Gold 2, was like a level 50. And I carried pretty hard those 5 games too lol. Eitherway, After the recent update my rank went down to Silver 1 or something.

I have this problem too. I often play players who are silver even though I'm bronze 3 and I come top of the leaderboard and win, but I never rank up. Only down when I lose.

Well, I wouldn't say rank represents skill, cause my friend is a lot better than me - while I'm at copper 4 and ranking up/down every match, he can't get out of copper 1 at all, even with higher w/l and k/d ratio... Ranks really mean almost nothing here... And also what is the point of ranks, if you are full copper 5-man and get full gold enemy team ? I think that you can just ignore ranks till they will mean something ... Ranks are pretty f-ed up right now, so when you look at rank, you can just say - he's been in a lot winning games, or he's been in a lot losing games... My friend can't even rank up after 4 Flawless Victories, while I ranked up 3 times...

ive heard that the ranks are randomly generated and i just started play match making and the rank i got is gold IV is that good for the first rank or what?
