Can't even download game?

So I recently bought the gold package a few days ago and I don't even have the ability to download the damn game? I was thinking that it had something to do witht he fact that I am in Japan right now but I haven't been able to find any support online and I am really looking forward to get this game working so any help is greatly appreciated. The game is in my library and I also see it in my Uplay, but I just do not have the option to download. I recently updated my drivers and my computer is totally up to date. I was part of the beta and it ran just fine but the main game is not... Thanks in advance for the help

You're looking at the right version right? In my library i have the siege beta and the regular siege, you're looking at regular siege? otherwise i'm not sure friend :(

Unfortunatly yes it is the actual game...it's a shame that we spend all of this money to get a very poor product with close to no support

Well i buy it with no issues, but i will tell you all the ubi soft people only watch the ubisoft forums and answer questions there, thats where you have to go!

same problem here. bought the game and clicked download in uplay entered the cdkey and it said it was invalid. now when i click download nothing happens. wtf
