why do the graphics suck?

For the type of game rainbow six is, I think the graphics look great. It isn't just the graphics that make games great. Take CS:GO for example. CS:GO's graphics are about as good as an xbox 360 launch title, yet it is one of the most popular games in the world.

If your graphics truly do look terrible, I would double check if you are actually running on max settings. The game looks beautiful to me.

Weeeelll, not true. A launch title for 360, was CoD 2. . . CS:GO is lightyears ahead of CoD 2.

Graphics aren't everything, that's true. When you are charging for a AAA price tag, and you put out a thin content game, you better put some work into somthing. They really didn't put money into any other part of the game, except maybe advertising. I don't care if there adverstising budget was that big. It's not in the game so it's wasted.

Yes, I wouldn't call console users peasents. I think the issue was the problem of game companies reducing the quality to the lowest common denominator.

If drivers dont work try running borderless versus fullscreen. I had crimson drivers and still artifacted. Borderless or windowed solved it for me.

It's not... I just posted a new thread about this because the graphics are just plain not rendering at all. It looks completely horrible and has something to do with the settings.

I wish people would take a more pro-active approach to helping one another rather than take eveything so personally.

Go back and look at the games from 2007/2008. This looks better than most anything that came out back then. To me it looks better than CS or CoD. Hard to beat Frostbite 2 though for visual quality. That said, game runs solid 60fps for me at the highest settings.

You are wrong the graphics in this game flat out suck and is vastly inferior to Crysis 1 from 2007

Also many of the textures and animations in CS GO is far more fluid and higher quality than Rainbowsix Siege. This is classic Ubisoft scam here

Maybe you should remove your nostalgia glasses, and take a good look at Crysis 1 again, because guess what, It's not that great anymore.

It has alot going on, on screen, but texture's are vastly inferior to newer games, including Siege.

And, exactly what "animations" in CS:GO? Because last time I checked, there pretty much aren't any.
