Nvidia reflex low latency

So I don't know if this existed before or not but this season I noticed "Nvidia reflex low latency" in graphics setting in the game. I don't know what it does and If I should turn it on or not. So can somebody help me here and tell me what it is and if I should use it please. It has 3 modes : off, on , on+boost

It has been out for multiple years.

Turn it on to reduce your hardware latency.

Turn On + Boost if you have sufficient cooling as this forces your GPU To constantly maintain maximum clock speed to further minimise latency (This will drastically raise your temperatures.)
