I have had this issue where ill try to play a game and then this error will pop up with in the first 10 seconds of queuing, turning cross play off and on again used to fix it but it wont work for me anymore. does anyone know any solutions to this problem?

I`n not sure if there is one solid fix for everyone. Try to join shooting range right after you start matchmaking. If it does not work for you, try to log out and in from ubisoft connect. If it still does not work verify the integrity of the game files. If none of this work re-install the game.

I did all of that and only reinstalling the game fixed it but it broke again when today's patch came out. I was able to fix it this time with turning cross play off but i feel like itll come back to annoy me later

I know im kinda late, but if you are facing this problem on pc do this:
1. verify r6s files from steam
2. restart your pc
3. switch to your phones mobile data, not modem or router
then it should work

Hello, i think i may have a fix for this error code. I have tried everything ubisoft support told me to do but to no avail. This error seems like it was link to the game connecting to the R6 servers. So i manually selected the server for my region in the "My documents" folder. So far i have not received the error code and have been able to play the game again. Hope whomever reads this gives it a try and update me if it happens to be a real fix for you

This thread is a little old but I ran into the same error code today, went to shooting range backed out and was able to queue for a game without the error. I don't think you need to do all this crazy stuff everyone is saying, seems like a simple fix.

I'm a new player to R6 Siege and this Error Code has been haunting me since the first week of playing it. I initially installed it on my Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop and then it recently started receiving this error code. Then, I deleted it and installed it on my Skytech Mini Chronos PC (1tb storage upgrade + 32gb ram upgrade). I really want to play R6 Siege with my friends but can't and it sucks. Ubisoft gotta fix this.
