removed skins?

so i played this game like 2 years ago and now im back - am i missing something or they changed models/textures of a lot of characters (especially kapkan looks way worse imo) - and removed quite a bit of headwear and skins?

Indeed the game overtime went with a textures & lighting overhaul, and during year 5 season 1 void edge we got a big purge from the store. They removed around 35-40 % of the cosmetics from the shops, some of those had been added to the Alpha Pack pool others seem to be gone permanently.
