Apologies for the late response.
I'm also sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with voice chat in Rainbow Six Siege.
Could you please go through the troubleshooting steps listed in the articles, in the links below:
Guide 1: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000060564/
Guide 2: https://www.reddit.com/r/Rainbow6/comments/6towxm/voip_troubleshooting/
Can you also go to the Ubisoft account management website in the link below and ensure that you login to the same account you are playing the game on:
https://account.ubisoft.com/privacy-center/social-preferences
Once you are logged in can you check that 'Text & Voice Chat' is set to everyone? If it is can you try changing the option to something else, then save it and then toggle it back to everyone and save again.
If it's not already set to everyone can you change it and save. Once you have done this restart the game and try using voice chat again.
We also advise testing another microphone device if possible to see if that is also affected, and try changing the audio settings in-game from push to talk, to open, and experimenting with the two to see if both modes are affected.
If the issue still persists then can you contribute to the issue that has been reported on the R6Fix website:
