delay in shooting

its been a recent issue that people will die long after i shoot at them, my ping is usually about 30-40 so i dont think its a network issue but sometimes i will already start reloading when they die or i will have already stopped peaking, this is also annoying because it means it takes 2x for people to die for me, i will shoot them for far longer than necessary before they die

is 3 4 years they have this problem man is not new no hit registration you can shot 1 megazine of lmg and only 2 bullet can hit they shot you with 1 bullet and you die is not new
