Signature Welcome Pack doesn't receive in game but Bandit Welcome Pack does.
I've recently purchased the Signature Welcome Pack (with 7,560 R6C) on Epic Games Store, but I still haven't receive the pack in game. I did also purchase the Bandit Welcome Pack (with 2670 R6C) and it delivers instantly in game. How long do I have to wait for the Signature Welcome Pack (with 7,560 R6C) to be deliver in game? It's been 18 hours and I still haven't receive it.

Close Epic, Ubisoft Connect and the game, then restart everything. Sometimes it doesn't activate right in time, you have to restart the launcher or the game to make it work

Unfortunately I still haven't receive it. I also did restart my computer.
