I agree. Yes the effect happens naturally in real life, but in this game the glare is extremely exaggerated beyond natural lighting. If it's light out and dark inside the only time I cannot see is if the window hasn't been broken so the outside light reflects back. Once the window is shattered though outside light pours in you should see everything inside. Turning off bloom and lens flare does seem to help slightly for those of you that hate it. In fact Source games have that overbearing glow too with HDR/Bloom effect enabled and even then it's not this bad.
Also, if you want to talk about realistic and ''natural'' like some people were saying above, then why does all windows, north, south, east and west windows all have the same lighting?
There can't be 4 suns can it? Unless... R6 siege is in another planet in a galaxy far far away.

There should be light in one side of the building and a shadow on the other, not only making it more realistic but also forcing people to breech from the light side

they should get rid of it altogether to make it fair
window breaching will become impossable
As a defender you should never even be exposed by windows in the first place :P
