Is it possible to get R6 on a Mac?

I already own this game and love, so i told my friend that he should get so he went to do so, and was not able because he has a mac laptop. Please dont just write hatefull comments on mac, we actually need some help. And yes i know that steam says that in the requirments it doesnt support IOS, but it there another way to get it? External sites that are TRUSTWORTHY or a Uplay store or anything? Could i buy the game as a gift and give it to him? Please help....

What kind or mac does he have? What are the specs? The only way for him to run it is through bootcamp.

you can try using a virtual pc ( i dont think it will run the game but if i was you i'd give it a try)

You can install Windows on OSX through a program called bootcamp. I found a guide here for your friend to follow so he can find his specs. I too own a mac aswell as a gaming rig. Before i got my new setup i was able to play games such as GTA V at around 50fps on high(ish) settings. You will need to buy a new copy of windows to install bootcamp. It's a pain in the arse because you'll have to install every driver that has ever existed lol. Its worth it in the end IMO.

Bootgame is when you change the mac to windows but on a mac

Yes, you can play Rainbow Six: Siege on a Mac. You have to install Windows on your Mac first, though.

Bootcamped windows works the same way as windows installed on pc so you "convert" your mac pos into subpar pc.
