Stuck in offline mode?

I seem to be stuck in offline mode when I launch this game. Can connect to other games just fine, so it's not a network issue on my end. Am I just missing some way to switch to online mode in the main menu or is there another issue?

Give it time. I had the same issue and just got back in. Try starting the game via Uplay

Just launched via uplay, for some reason it was in offline mode, and the only way to reconnect is through their launcher. There's no in-game option to do so, has to be done via uplay.

Figured I'd give my solution in case anyone ends up in the same situation

I fixed this problem
- Go back to desktop
- Open Ubisoft launcher
- Select the settings (left upper corner)
- Select Network
- Remove click "Always start Uplay in offline mode"
- And go back to settings and select "Go to Online"

i have the same problem but my uplay is set to not open automatically. where can i find the file to open it?

right click on the launcher and select run as administrator it should then open
