How can I re-join my team, if I was knocked out of game due to connection errors?

You can't really
Just be lucky in case the Matchmaking puts you back in, but most of the time, it won't.

In Ranked you can rejoin.

Not always, only if you lose you internet connection, but if the game gives you a server error, then not.

The game will give you a prompt saying that you can either choose to rejoin the match in progress or the game will consider it a match abandoned and will block you from ranked matchmaking for a short period of time.

i always kept DC ed randomly from the game

and it was a casual match,and until now
STILL NO REJOIN OPTION ON CASUAL MATCH

Restart the game immediately. I get occasional ping spikes and get kicked from ranked games without being giving the rejoin prompt after. An immediate restart will give u the prompt.
