I put mine on my mouse. the forward and back buttons on the left side serve as ingame push to talk and teamspeak push to talk

Just use voice detection, and adjust the threshold it triggers at. Don't need to bother with pressing any buttons then

If you have a left side button on your mouse, works well, and more comfortable than using Caps Lock button.

I have a4tech G800 keyboard and I use the HOME key to talk.
Very comfortably, as it is located just below the thumb.

Microphone threshold since there is not PTT button for controllers and having to switch between controller and a keyboard is unintuitive.

Middle mouse button (not scrolling, but push down) it lets you voice chat as you aim.
