Stuck loading/selecting operator

Ok so I got this game a few days ago, and have only been able to play one round so far, which I couldn't even complete because of this issue. Basically what happens is after I select my operator loadout, instead of showing the character it shows a gray outline in the lobby and just says selecting operator for the remainder of the countdown. After the countdown it stays stuck at loading, when everyone else is already down loading - I have tried waiting as long as 5 minutes with no luck.

I managed to get in a game today, but on round 3 I was hit with this again and had to leave the match. My internet is pretty decent (50 down, 10 up) and have never had connection problems on any other games, and I have all the correct ports open for the game.

Wondering if anyone else has had this and found a solution, or if this is a ubi server issue?

you must combine alt+enter two times, then you put Esc and can choose your operator.

I can't tell if your being serious or not, but its a network issue, not an interface issue.

they are working on the networks alot

I get that, but its not a good sign when you buy a game and can't even successfully play one round. I've seen a few others report this issue on the ubi forums but no one is replying with solutions.

Well thankfully I don't... I really want to like this game as I enjoyed what time I was able to play, but I'm getting to the point of getting a refund since the server issues are so bad. I can't justify spending $45 on a game that is having so many issues and is literally unplayable for me.

Also happends to me, my internet is pretty good but i can´t play the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game!!!! Please tell me that you manage to play it :(

Yes it has been working fine for me for the past six months or so. I didn't do anything on my end, it just started working a few months later. Possbily the game servers had some fixes or something.
