getting Mute protocol skin for shotgun and headgear for mute

Is this normal ? i got an headgear and his shotgun is there a reason for that ?

You shouldn't be able to get the other collection of items from these packs, thanks to the greed of Ubi.

My question was is it normal that i got mute '24 headgear and shotgun randomly i know it's a different collection

They give you 3 free mute protocol packs. One with just a simple claim button. So if you accidentally opened 2 of them while opening your normal packs, yes, it's normal that you got those.

But you can't get mute on the 2024 collection is it maybe because of the challenge win 2 games?
