Ranked RP gain/loss is imbalanced

Currently I am getting 10-15 RP for a win, but 20+ for a loss, how in the world is anyone meant to consistently rank up with this system?

welcome to rank 2.0 where if you're losing more matches than winning or win/lose matches r6 will think you belong at that rank so you will gain less and lose more. you need to go on like a 6-7 winning streak to get out of the rank. happened to me in bronze than gold 300 matches later - finally made it to plat
