PS5 Deluxe Edition question about PS4 Year 1/2 Operator Packs

As stated, this is more of a console question, but I just bought the Deluxe Edition on my PS5 and while it's downloading I notice the Operator Packs are only labeled as PS4.
Do I need to download those packs as well or do they come with the PS5 download?

Quick edit: Yes I'm aware I'll need to unlock the Year 0 people with Renown, I'm only concerned about if the PS4 Operator Packs from the Deluxe version are redundant.
