QB Anticheat Restarting Game Every Time I Launch It?

Basically every time I first start the game on my computer, it will give me a message once it loads up saying QB Anticheat update required and restarts the game in 3 seconds every time. Is this a bug? Seems unusual the game would need to restart twice, and so often.

I literally just encountered it, restarting as I type this. Is this a new anti cheat or the existing one that doesn't work and just causes issues now?

I don't know if it's actually a bug, or something which happens after every update small or large, but it happens. I am assuming it's to do with new anti-cheat but its extremely inconvenient and not a thing that ever used to happen in years of having this game.

New anticheat launched in late 2022 and it's nearly useless. The purpose of it is to keep updating so that cheats get incompatible with the latest version on PC. It's basically a race to update before cheat developers find a way to bypass the latest version of the QB anticheat. Cheat developers are definitely winning that front.

Funny how pcgamer is praising it though saying it's banned 'thousands of cheaters' and that Ubi are 'anticheat innovators'.

How did you solved it? its been a week... i retried reinstalling and did not work. this game is my only joy in life

Never did solve it. I got a new computer and it still does it. The game works fine but its just a tedious start.
