R6 SEA Server Down?

it gets stuck in "connecting to r6 servers" even though connection is okay.
any problem with the server?

I changed my game server using the gamesettings.ini in my documents. that fixed the game for me.

Documents\ My Games\ Rainbow Six - Siege\(the file that contains the gamesettings.ini)

Scroll to the bottom "DataCenterHint=> (add text here)" add in any of the server tags shown below. save then close.
