The silence and lack of a Year 9 pass on Steam or Green Man Gaming at this point is already confirmation enough without even regarding the leaks saying it’ll be a subscription service now.

I got the Year 8 Pass for $24 USD on Green Man Gaming on 2/23/2023 last year, give or take a day. Looked at my credit card statement recently to see when it launched.

I got my Year 8 pass. 06/03/23 from Ubi store for 26 USD.

Totally make sense. But I do really hope the will be an option for paying for a year.
So it would basics be like year pass for does who still want that.
and people who only want e.g. 2 out of 4 season can do subs instead.
But that would also counter the subs system i guess.
So we can only wait for the new season to drop to see how it all will play out.
