Emerald but getting constant matchmade with champions

Like the title says im stuck in emerald and getting perma matchmade with or against atleast 1 champ every single game that ends up destroying my team or enemy team and yes im solo q.
champ players abuse duo queing with lower ranks to get into emerald lobbies and its fcking annoying

Champion is 2 intire divisions above emerald, you are not supposed to come up against champions. You have no clue about how good ranked systems work if you think getting matchmade against players 2 divisions higher than you is good

i have the same problem not that constant tho. ive had a long break from game from time to time. atm im silver and at my best ive been gold many seasons at year 1 and 2. but anyway last game i had old champ running ash in my game and i see some champ backgrounds some times. then they go 15k 2d and start to scream to other teammates that we suck ass. like wtf did he expect in silver matches
