Maybe people just aren't playing casual at this time of day i really have no answers for you it is either that or ubisoft failed once again sorry can't be more helpful.

UBISOFT PROBLEM, I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT SO LONG FOR A SERVER (STOPPED AFTER 6 MINS). AND I HAVE 2000 HOURS ON THIS GAME. sry bout capps

Looks like the system is broken if we're all queued but not getting in.

Standard Unranked still works fine though.
