Skins not showing up

so i bought the cobalt skin yesterday and it hasnt shown up in my game or uplay library. any ideas?

go to steam library, go to rainbow six seige right click it go to view cd key, Copy the cobalt skin key, launch game then go to store go to redeem and enter the key <3

I bought the skin and the cd key doesn't even show up for me. I have the cobalt skin purchase in my history but nothing in my library for cobalt skin, R6 seige cd key doesn't work.

is it that hard buy the skin in-game?(you get it instantly)

I didn't get it instantly, i logged off steam and uplay last night to see if it would show up, even now the next day i don't have the skin, it doesn't appear in my cd keys to redeem on uplay nor does uplay.

Sorry to necro this discussion board but I can't see the cd key option for r6 no more. How do I claim it still?

I found out how. You just restart the game. It worked for4 me at least
