not getting event packs on win
stop playing because when my team has won and got the arrow to hit on the spin i have gotten regular game packs rather then event packs twice this has happen

You don't get event packs from the spinning wheel, only Alpha packs.

They're not going to give you packs from that or no one would buy the packs. You got one free one from logging in and one from completing the challenge, that's it.

I thought that too at first but in reality it was only when the game was able to reload the free packs that I was supposed to actually get.

The event doesn't give off free event pack rolls.
