But whatever. I was already convinced R6S isn't a game you play for fun; it's a game you play to tangle and hurt your brain so you forget about the real life's BS. For that, I'm still grateful.
I had the same thought with Nighthaven and consulate. Not my favorite maps at all, but in comparison with this monstrosity that Lair is. I can appriciate those other maps alot more atleast. It's like a new worse thing being added to the game, makes you like older stuff more with each update.
True! I like that they make new maps, that is great.. But they need to learn how to make them first.
You are on point. They don't care about what players like or not.
I also get the sense that all they try to achive with their "vision" is hellbent on fiting the esthetics of the snippets of story line that we see inbetween the new seasons. The only reason this game is stil playable, is due to how great the foundation of the game is. The curent development team are literally riding the wave of success that the original developers created when they made the game, that's all there is to it.
