144 FPS Cap Fix?

Why my fps is capped at 144 even with vsync off and framerate cap off?

I did, but nothing changed.

Seems like this problem only appears in Vulkan. In DX11 as soon as i start training or something the fps goes up.

If you use nvidia go to nvidia panel and vsync disable should fix it

It worked for 2 mins. I had 1000fps in the menu and over 300 in training, but the second time i launched the game it capped at 144 again.
