Account merge issue need help

i merged my xbox and pc account, then said on account choose local or online data i picked local and it put my pc account onto my xbox instead of other way round so now lost all my stuff from since i started ( i started in operation black ice) so had loads of skins operators reknown and packs and now lost all,

is there anyway to reverse this and get it back??
